SBA 7(a) and 504 Loans*

As a Small Business Administration (SBA) Preferred Lender, Bank of San Francisco can assist you in designing the right set of services and products to meet your banking needs.

We offer competitive rates and terms, the latest in banking technology, personalized one-on-one service, access to insurance brokers and other service providers from our external network of professionals, and a banking team that can offer guidance through the SBA financing process.

SBA 7(a) and 504 loans may be a great option if you have been in business only a short time, have limited personal or business assets to offer as collateral, have limited liquidity to put down on the financed project, or are unable to obtain financing on reasonable terms through conventional loans.
