Katherine has 30 years of banking experience including middle market lending, credit administration, and business banking. At Bank of San Francisco, she has specialized in working with entrepreneurs to finance small business acquisitions, fund growth through working capital loans and lines of credit, and refinance or purchase real estate and equipment. She currently leads the Bankís SBA Government Guaranteed Lending team.


John Dzida, Vice President

John helps fast growing, closely held, new or mature, companies fund their growth with bank or SBA guaranteed loans. He also works with high-net-worth individuals on commercial real estate and business acquisition loans. John has worked in finance since 2007. Before joining Bank of San Francisco, he worked for Mechanics Bank and Stanford Federal Credit Union. He is a San Francisco resident and also serves on the Working Solutions Loan Committee and Urban Solutions Advisory Board. John holds a Masterís degree in Business Administration and in Asia & Pacific Studies from the University of San Francisco.

A recent addition to the Bank, Lokesh has more than five years of middle market commercial banking experience. At Bank of San Francisco, Lokesh is passionate about developing close-knit relationships with the Bay Areaís small- and mid-sized businesses and looks forward to assisting them with their banking needs, especially when it comes to small business lending. Lokesh holds a Bachelorís degree in Quantitative Economics from University of California, Irvine. Prior to joining the Bank, he held various positions in Orange County, developing an extensive background in all facets of commercial banking, including portfolio management, credit underwriting, and branch operations.

With his passion for community banking, client services, and entrepreneurialism, Paul has spent more than 15 years serving the banking needs of closely held Bay Area-based businesses and their owners and senior managers. A long-time resident of San Rafael and an experienced banker in the North Bay market, Paul spearheads the Bank's development and servicing of client relationships in this area.

Tim has 20 years of banking experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, middle market lending, personal, and mortgage banking. He heads up the Bankís dental practice lending group and is responsible for developing new client relationships, while servicing existing ones.

Lia brings nearly 20 years of experience working with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. At Bank of San Francisco, she manages the banking needs of its business and consumer clients. Lia is a San Francisco native who has lived and worked in the City and the North Bay, and who believes in developing long-lasting banking relationships. With a passion for community outreach and involvement, she is an active member of the Elks Club of San Rafael and also serves as a board member for Lifehouse Agency.


Emily Kruger, Assistant Vice President

Emily has six years of banking experience, beginning with branch operations at Circle Bank before transitioning to Bank of San Francisco as a commercial loan underwriter. This gives her the perfect background for commercial lending and makes her an ideal relationship manager and loan officer. Emily is a Bay Area native whose parents and grandparents are local small business owners. She earned her Bachelorís degree in International Economics from California State University, Chico.
